Position Summary:
Provide technical support to customers (end users/distributors); Product training, Service etc.

为客户（最终客户/代理商）提供销售和技术支持；产品培训，服务等。

Responsibilities:  

1. Product and service support to end users and distributors: on-site installation, training, technical clarification to customers’ applications and problem resolving.

2. Work closely with sales team to support to fulfill calibration products sales target.

3. Maintain and Improve service process and enhance local service capability.

4. Keeping the communication with technical and service role in headquarter, and exchanging technology information.

5. Responsible for updating calibration products related marketing documentation in Chinese. Activities in marketing campaign.

职责：

1. 为最终客户和代理商提供产品支持和售后服务：现场安装和培训，应用技术澄清，问题解决。

2. 紧密支持销售团队合，协助达成销售目标。

3. 持续维护和提高售后流程，提升本地服务水平。

4. 保持与总部技术与维修经理的沟通，技术交流。

5. 负责校验产品的市场资料的更新。参与市场活动。

    

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Electrical, Automation, Instruments or equivalent.

2. Skilled with Windows Server, SQL, C/C++, etc. 

3. Self-motivator that likes to work in a compact team.

4. Willing to travel and work under challenge.

5. Good communication in Chinese and understand written English.

1. 学士本科以上学历，电子、自动化、仪器仪表相关专业，熟悉计量校准行业。

2. 熟悉Windows服务器，SQL 数据库，C/C++ 等。

3. 积极主动，具有团队精神。

4. 愿意经常出差。

5. 良好的中文和英语交流能力。
