职位描述

Responsibilities / Key activities     

  ·       Lives JDE Values – Simplicity, Entrepreneurship, Accountability, Discipline and Solidarity

   ·       Be the ‘Single Point of Contact’ (SPOC) representing IT to the Cluster Business.

  ·       Consults with Business to identify technology opportunities, offers guidance based on industry trends, and supports business objectives.

   ·       Partners with Business (including BPOs) and IT stakeholders - in particular with Region & Global ITMs, to translate Business needs into IT enabled solutions.

    ·       Coordinates with the IT Application and/or Infrastructure Specialist/Manager the design of IT solutions and aligns with Region & Global ITM.

   ·       Assist with IT prioritization activities within and across the Cluster.

   ·       Manages stakeholder expectations and takes accountability for Service Delivery and alignment with business goals. Collaborates with Business, BPOs and Region ITM to develop and deliver the annual GIS budget plan (AOP) for the cluster business. Provides RITM period end closing reporting and insights. Accountable for local Vendor and contract management.

  ·       Assists the business in forecasting, documenting and planning for future IT needs.

  ·       Owns the pipeline of cluster IT projects and ensures their successful implementation. Participates in local Steerco’s where appropriate. Leads IT/system related business process improvements by identifying opportunities and developing initiatives that enable business innovation and efficiency improvement.           

-      Acts as the key liaison across respective cluster including the business units, the information technology teams, and external IT partners (peer industry, etc.).

   -      Develop a deep understanding of how the business works, the issues and challenges it faces, and use of technology to address those business needs.

   -      Works with business process areas to establish a point of view about best practices and ensure systems and technologies are contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business performance.

   -      Engages with Global ITM,  IT Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Solution, Service & Operations and Portfolio Management teams to assess the technology options and capabilities and develop business cases

    -      Gathers key IT information data (I2P template) for the Value Creation Planning or cluster Business project, defines a strong business case in co-ordination with BPOs, Region and Global ITMs and cross IT functions either cluster or Global;

  -      Communicates the IT strategy & initiatives to the business and ensures that the business stakeholders are aware of the IT strategic planning and priorities.

  -      Focuses on business improvement and business processes, as well as delivering appropriate technology. -      Ensures that SLA performance are aligned and communicated to the business leadership team. Liaises for that purpose with cluster IT team and Service Integration Manager.

  -      Ensures that the IT cost model for the cluster is accurate and transparent.

   -      In alignment with Global teams, drives within the cluster Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction, Standardization and Harmonization of the GIS services.

  -        Expected to   embody the values of the company   and ensures compliance with international & local IT corporate policies   & procedures (including deep understanding and strict adherence to   guidelines on ‘Combined Business Model’).             

  

Must have:

  • 5 to 7 years of IT and/or business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business analysis.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complex business units.

  • Must possess strong business acumen.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and experience in building & working with remote teams

  • Experience in a multi-cultural international organization is preferred

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
