• Developing new trim cover and current trim cover pattern and quality improvement;

• Supporting project to select material and develop pattern according to customer's requirements;                

• Designing cutting parts according to foam part styling and sewing sample making;

• Preparing WI, BOM, routing for new product;                  

• Training shift leader and operator before new project SOP;

• Sewing productivity improvement via lean concept such as U cell or one piece flow, etc.;      

• Solving current seat trim cover quality issues;  

• Other work assigned by department supervisor.                    

   

  Job Specification / required skills:

Bachelor degree or above major in apparel or textile;

Need 10 years automobile or apparel company at least;

Need 6 years Seat trim cover related experiences;

Be familiar with sewing process requirements;

Be familiar with DFM/A and DFC analysis;

Be familiar with related technical trial requirements;

Strong knowledge of leather / fabric / PVC material;

Rich knowledge about sewing and CNC cutting machine;

Skilled with Auto CAD and related cutting software or similar software;

Good communication skill with internal and external team;

Good English written and spoken skills.
