Purpose of the role：

租户设计协调助理的总体目标是协助租户协调团队完成总体任务目标，包括提供高水平的交房图(LOD)，协助租户设计协调经理审核租户图纸，整理汇总部门报告和提供其他图纸等。

Responsibilities:

• 协助租户协调团队开发和更新交房图，并提供在租赁协调过程中所需的相关信息。
• 协调数据的收集，并将这些信息整合到交房图中，在租赁及TC团队在准备和最终完成交房图时提供咨询。
• 根据租户装修手册，协助租户设计协调经理审核租户图纸，并提供图纸审核意见。
• 整理每周租户协调汇报，每天更新租户协调跟进表。
• 其他与租赁及TC团队相关的设计工作。

Qualifications/ Experience/Skills:

大专以上学历，CAD，建筑，手绘或相关专业

2年以上建筑或机电相关工作经验

具有大型零售综合体开发经验(CAD设计经验优先考虑)

良好的零售和租户协调能力

有设计院工作经验优先考虑

熟练使用CAD, Photoshop和Sketch-up等设计软件
