Responsibility：

As the digital business partner, he/she is responsible for implementing FKC corporate digital strategy, defining product/service offering to meet customer unmet needs and support business goal by working closely with multi-functional team including BU marketing, Sales, Medical, IT, SFE, etc. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong capability to formulate digital plans for BUs and implement digital initiatives with clear business results.

1.        Identify digital opportunities by understanding different BU’s needs and make sure translate needs into detailed requirement specification that will support business growth; 

2.        Support business team to engage TA in key digital touchpoints and tracking from connect to convert; 

3.        Develop digital communication strategy and plan based on business team’s pain point and needs; 

4.        Design and implement digital initiatives with business counterpart; 

5.        Manage Digital project’s progress and track KPI;

6.        Develop insights from key metrics and develop improvement initiatives

7.        New Functionality Development Origination – Based on strong business insights, user behavior analytics and competitive analysis and thorough tracking tools, user research, to develop new business scenarios under digital HCP platform.

Requirements：

1.        Minimum bachelor’s degree.

2.        Minimum 5 years MNC pharma \ Consulting \ Agency related industry experience 

3.        Minimum 2.5 years working experience in digital role

4.        Strong customer focus, Strong stakeholder’s engagement skills

5.        Track record in Pharma digital initiatives

6.        Self-driven

7.        Strong data driven mindset and problem-solving skills
