• Responsible for updating and maintaining supplier contact information, article data, purchasing prices in U8 system according to company procedure. 在U8系统中根据公司流程维护和更新供应商联系信息，产品存货信息，采购价格

• Responsible for releasing purchase orders according to sales departments requirements and fixed prices in ERP system. 在系统中根据销售订单做采购

• Responsible for following up on procurement shipping status with suppliers and updating relevant information to sales department. 采购状态跟踪和向销售团队进行反馈

• Support preparing relevant documents for importing and exporting procedure in order to receive or release goods successfully from custom. 为进出口活动的顺利完成准备相关材料

• Support coordinating with customs broker to accomplish shipment and goods receiving/ releasing. 与报关行合作完成收发货

• Responsible for confirming goods receiving status together with warehouse, in particular article numbers, quantity, size, acc. as well as follow-up on missing or incorrect deliveries with suppliers. 确保诸如货物名称，数量，尺寸和箱单材料与销售订单相符

• Responsible for confirming supplier invoices with purchase orders, preparing payment applications and entering data in U8 system according to instructions from Finance department. 负责根据采购订单确认供应商发票，准备付款申请和根据财务规定录入U8系统

• Support for logistic and import procedures and support warehouse during shipment arrival 负责物流和进口操作，协助仓库进行货物装运

• Supporting Fibro headquarter for purchasing activities, such as, but not limited to, to be communication intermediator between headquarter and supplier 菲薄若总部采购活动的支持，例如，但不限于此，作为总部与工厂沟通的桥梁

• Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures 根据公司流程处理文件和所有相关的文件或报告

• Collect and document competitive intelligence 搜集和记录竞争情报 
• Other related tasked which are assigned by managing director and/or purchasing supervisor 常务董事和/或采购主管安排的其它相关工作

Qualifications include资质包含:

• Proven working experience as purchaser 采购相关工作经验

• Experience in logistic and import/export 进出口和物流经验

• Basic understanding of procurement procedure 掌握基本的采购流程

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和人际关系技能

• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality 友善，乐于助人，自信与亲和力

• Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills 普通话精通，娴熟的英文写作和沟通能力

• Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills 精通报告和创建报告

• BA/BS degree or equivalent. 学士学位或同等学历
