职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
e Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets
e To guarantee the GSN code application on the field
e To coordinate, monitor and coach Sales Reps or Agents in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales network
e To support Sales Reps and Agent in special deals closing
e To guarantee sales force training and skills development
e To guarantee the customer satisfaction
e To guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends
e Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance
e Lead organization effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement

Job Requirement
e 5 years of experience in direct sales
e Experience in managing complex deals
e Experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services
e Previous experience as physiotherapist (optional for H&H)
