e To guarantee achievement of assigned telesales targets;

e To guarantee management of inbound calls and of promotional outbound activities;

e To guarantee management of selective outbound calls for new contacts and sales;

e To guarantee creation of sales force business opportunities;

e To guarantee back office and CRM activities;

e To guarantee support to marketing activities;

To guarantee observance of the Technogym culture model, company policies and procedures, compliant to corporate governance.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

e Phone sales techniques;

e Communication skills;

e Long term customer relationship approach;

e Business partnership approach;

e CRM management knowledge;

Advanced software use.
