Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Industry sales and market。

   负责工业设备的市场销售工作。

2. Able to develop and execute business plan for respective sales area and selected key vertical segments。

   能够对负责的所在行业细分区域执行相关的销售计划。

3. Able to understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and ability to effectively articulate Bizerba products competitive advantage    

      能够了解竞争对手的优势和劣势，并能够有效地阐述公司产品的竞争优势。

  4.  Able to present products and solutions to customer generally

      能够向客户提供产品和解决方案。

  5.  To achieve personal annual target

      完成个人年度销售目标。

Requirements: 

1. College or above, major in Automation, Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major

      大专以上学历，自动化，电气工程或机械相关专业。

  2.  More than 5years sales experience（especially in the equipment of food industry is a plus）

      5年以上技术销售经验，食品自动化或相关行业优先。

  3. Good presentation and negotiation skill

     良好的表达和谈判技能力

  4. Able to drive business growth in a fast-developing market

     能够在快速发展的市场中推动业务增长

  5. Able to work under pressure

     能够承受一定的工作压力。

  6. Self-motivated, active, flexible., strong sense of responsibility.        

      有上进心，积极，灵活，有责任感。

  7.  Good English (written and reading)

      良好的英语表达书写能力。
