职位描述
Sales Job Responsibilities:
1)Be responsible for New Customers and new business development. Territory/Region allocation is reviewed at regular intervals and is subject to change.
2)Maintain old customers and Promote & develop new customers of GDMS business primarily in the region while also promoting other EAG services.
3)The Target sales setting of GDMS techniques will be reviewed every year,the target wil be setting by GM.
4)Ensure that the customer pays on time and assist the collection team in getting the recovery of outstanding amount on time.
5)Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities local marketing campaigns. Compete in the marketing and make EAG as the leader marketing share in the region.
6)Build value-chain partnership with the key customers and suppliers in the region.
7)Identify key new business/customers drivers to enhance sales in the market/region.
8)Have good customer feedback to make sure high service levels are maintained in the region.
9)Have the ability to grow opportunities. Display strong leadership qualities that show commitment to a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach with customers.
10)Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team.
11)Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including Labs, Finance.
Sales skills
? A thorough knowledge about the services, techniques and sales strategies of the company
? Excellent experience in materials science analysis and know the market.
? Demonstrated sales record in the region and techniques.
? Must be able to travel 10-15 days per month.
