Job Title: Senior   Sales Engineer  BASED IN BJ

• Reporting to: Director of Sales 中国区散热销售销售总监

Main Responsibilities:

•  Implementing the strategic tragets and ensuring achievement of budgeted sales and gross margin.
• Positioning industry target customers in cooperation with China Sales Team member
• Securing listing and design-in at customers ( Listing Aavid as supplier, vendor code) Supporting cross border projects (E.G EMS BIZ or Project lead from other country)
• Visiting related customers reguarly to get marketing information, project information , competitors' information and build up good relationship; develop a systematic approach and strategy to support accounts or project sales;
• Providing technical support, product seminar, recommend sulution to customers and design institutes;
• Providing monthly biz overview ( figrues, facts, data, design-won) to board;develop contingency plan to compensate any significant deviations on sales;
• Closely cooperate with all members and departments to collect competitors' inforamtion and monitor their activity, and provide suggestion on against action plan;
• Professionally manage company's asset and control espense within budget all allowance;
• Special assigned tasks on demand

  
  

  Major Requirements:
• Bachelor degree above. At least 5 years' sales experience in OEM industry
• Be familiar with the thermal application in device
• Full of passion in working, ability of individual solution on sales difficulty; task oriented a good planner;
• Be mature, honest, trustworthy, integrity & Teamworkl
• Willing to trip frequenly, and can work under pressure;
• Good communication skills with written & Spoken in Chinese & English
• Skillfully prictice in computer of MS office

优先条件

1. 专业：金属热处理工艺与设备；热能与动力工程，机械设计与制造等散热相关专业
2. 具备以下行业背景者优先考虑

1）5G通讯及上下游相关产业

2）半导体自动化设备如制造、光刻、刻蚀、清洗、测试等行业

3）新能源汽车相关电驱、电控、电池（含燃料电池）及充电等行业

4）智能电网如高压直流输送系统/柔性交流输电系统/电力存储行业
