 Develop and maintain biz with existing and new key customers in the region.
 Provide technical support (presentation, design-in, quality issue etc.) for customers and distributors.
 Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate solution.
 Marketing intelligence functions (market surveys, competitor information)
 Support local market events (such as exhibitions or in-house exhibitions)

  Manage and develop existing and new customers region through telemarketing, face to face, interactions and etc.
 Fulfil customers daily inquires and handle long team requirement.
 Achieve monthly sales target and implement strategies to increase target sales revenue.

Education Requirements/ Competencies:
Bachelor degree in engineering, communication or electronics
At least 5+ years of Sales experience in the connector industry or in the industries for electromechanical or passive components
Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin languages
Effective communication and presentation skills
Familiar with Microsoft Power Point together with good knowledge in Excel program
Willing to take up new challenges, able to cooperate within a team and act independently when needed, energetic and highly self-motivated
Must be a good team player and able to work under pressure
Must be organized and good at multitasking
