Position information

Industry Research Manager

1. Provide monthly, quarterly and annual data for clients, and regular market trend research and analysis and presentation;

2. Cooperated with the sales team to develop new customers in vertical fields/industries, including: understanding customer needs, pre-investigation of internal projects, preparation of proposals, preparation of quotations, promotion and implementation of follow-up related projects, and communication with client;

3. Improve clients satisfaction;

4. Actively learn and research analytical methodology and e-commerce

 knowledge;

5. Assisted in completing tasks assigned by team leader;

Job requirements:

1. Market research or Consumer insight or related background

2. At least 3 years of client service experience

3. 2 years of experience in independent market research and data analysis

4. English reading and writing, influence meeting communication and formal presentation

5. Prefer experience: similar company service experience in fast retailing, fashion, auto  and 3C data industry is preferred
