● Be reponsible for the customer database maintenance and the related customer satisfactory survey;

● Be responsible for the Social Media, including posting release on platforms, the related maintenance of the platform;

● Be reponsible for all the AFA Event & Exhibition, including the whole Exhibition mapping, and the advance preparation work and Exhibition visiting and the onsite support to Sales Managers, as well as the  new product launch;

● Develop marketing materials,

   - Manage and Develop brochure, new launches leaflet, sales tools, advertisement, all material related to company image and promotion purpose base on business strategy;

   - Develop and implement communication strategy based on occasion assumption including message design, media selection and effectiveness review etc;

●Be responsible for the  market research and competitive analysis and provide insight to support strategic and operation business planning.

    - Develop market tools to collect information related to plastic package, consumer market, competitive activity in the marketplace etc... and prepare a SWOT analysis report;

    - Perform customer study to monitor customer satisfaction and brand healthiness;

    - Perform analysis based on collected information, provide competitive intelligence, consumer preference, as well as social cultural and regulatory trends.

任职要求：

● Bachelor degree or above in commercial or English studies;

● A minimum of 5 years experiences in marketing or sales experience in FMCG industrial;

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

● Good marketing acumen and analytical skills;

● Fluency in English and Mandarin;

● Strong trouble shooting and project management skills.
