Key Responsibilities:

• Invoices/PO collection, supporting documents verification, 3-way match check

• Enter invoices into Oracle  

• Cash book and bank reconciliation 

• Issue invoice and verify VAT invoice  

• Foreign currency collection& payment declaration  

• Voucher filing

• Assist with monthly tax return filing and tax reporting

• Conduct market research related to the industry and finance

 

Job requirements:

•  Major in Accounting is preferred (but open to other majors with finance, business and accounting knowledge)

• Can work at least 3 days per week;

• Ability to commit more than 6 months is a plus

• Attention to details

• Responsible, detail focused, patient, and highly motivated person

• Good communications skills in both English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office
