Overview of the Role

We are looking for a skilled clerk to provide financial, client related services and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Control General & Administrative expenses (G&A)

Review vendor contract
In charge of expenses claim, account payable and coding
Strictly follow groupe policy and official tax policy, Review employees’ expenses claim report and overheads payment
In charge of oversea payment and coordinate with Tax Bureau for withholding tax

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

University grade, accounting or financial subject related.
More than 3 years working experience focus on Account Payable in international company.
Familiar with excel/ word/ PPT etc office tool; Kingdee knowledge is preferred
Nice personality; high responsibility; detail-oriented, good execution skill, good team player; and compliance with policies and procedures
Ability to meet deadlines and work in time-sensitive environments
Good communication skills
fluent in English both in written and speaking
