Principal Accountabilities:

In the framework of his/ her employment as Business Development / Licensing Specialist of Midas Pharma GmbH Shanghai Representative Office the Employee will:

• Closely coordinate the ongoing import/ licensing projects by supporting activities throughout development and/or commercial phases in the view to achieve the Team’s target/ budget of each project set up by the Company;

• Efficiently support product screening, market analysis, regulatory evaluation etc. to identify/ recommend suitable import/ licensing projects (primarily of APIs);

• Recommend profitable products/ technologies suitable for export/ out-licensing in accordance with the Company’s development strategy;

• Proactively report to the Top Management of any market, industry and regulatory updates in the Chinese pharma sector;

• Provide any support to the relevant teams in the view to achieve the collective targets set up by the Company.

  Skills and Competences

• Familiar with the Chinese Pharmaceutical industry preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the Business Development position;

• Pharmacist, Chemist or Biochemist graduation preferred;

• Fluent English (both written and spoken);

• Excellent analytical skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• Strong team-working spirit;

• Self-motivated for personal achievements
