Responsibilities:

1. Execute day-to-day coordination with internal teams within IT development team, business support team, account team

2. Great logical thinking and summarization skill

3. Build rapport with internal and external clients in order to support business objectives

4. Ensure service delivery lead time and monitor account service SLA

5. Prepare data analysis & business analysis

6. Prepare regular reports & ad hoc reports

7. Meeting participation and meeting minutes’ preparation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Be sensitive to data, analytical skill

3. Good communication skill

4. Good command of English

5. Mathematics or statistics profession is appreciated

6. Familiar with retail industry is a plus

7. Independent capability for account management is a plus
