1、配合生产部门对产品进行来料检验、过程检验和产品的最终检验；

2、检查、评估、贯彻内部工作流程和工作程序；

3、负责提供上岗培训，确保相关人员了解并严格执行公司的质量体系；

4、负责提供技术和部门体系文件的制作；

5、负责质量文件，SOP标准的整理维护与控制。负责协调实施持续改进计划；

6、发起关于质量问题的纠正预防措施报告并跟踪其有效性直到问题关闭，实施必要的控制方法以预防质量问题的再发生；

7、识别、评估、实施并确保生产部所使用的统计技术；

8、负责新产品评审、来料检验、成品验证及过程监督。

9.负责计量器具的校验与管理。

任职条件：

  1、大专以上学历，要求主修机械设计/制造、主修精密机械专业者优先。

  2、三年以上机械制造业品质管理工作经验；懂机械图纸；熟悉ISO质量管理体系运行和文件制作

  3、具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；

  4、工作态度认真、积极负责、具有较强的创新意识；

  5、外企工作经验2年以上优先，英文熟练；
