岗位职责：
1、对网络营销的工作效果进行不断的跟踪及完善，关注搜索引擎发展的新的动向；
2、熟知竞争对手的网站动态及最新活动，并随之对网站推广的方向进行相对应的调整；
3、保持网站的推广方向和医院活动的一致性和及时性，有规律的对网站内容进行跟新；
4、协助执行企划总监的管理工作；
5、针对关键词优化进行合理的内容设计，评估、分析；设定网站各页面的关键词及META标签的解决方案，制定网站内页的优化方案及外部链接的整体策略；
6、针对网站ALEXA排名、流量原理、提升排名的各种网站优化措施；
7、熟练掌握多种网络推广方式及网络营销知识；包括软文、博客营销、邮件推广、广告联盟、交换链接、论坛推广，百度关键字竞价排名等；
8、把握网络推广的宣传尺度，结合电视、报纸、户外等传统媒体进行整合营销；配合网站图文的采集及网站后台管理。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，电子商务或计算机专业；
2、熟悉 baidu.google.yahoo 等搜索引擎的基本运作；
3、熟悉网络，能利用各种免费的网络推广方式有效提高网站访问量、咨询量、注册量及知名度；
4.有丰富的网站建设、推广和维护经验，有医疗行业网络营销策划经验者优先 ；
5、有良好的职业操守，较强的学习能力和高度的事业责任感，有较强的语言沟通能力及团队合作精神。
