岗位职责：

1、负责项目工程量的计算及参与编制项目的土建部分的目标成本；

2、负责项目施工过程中的土建部分设计变更、工程签证等对成本影响的计算；

3、负责土建部分工程款支付的计算；

4、能独立完成整个厂房区域内的所有建筑物、构筑物的土建部分的施工图预算；

5、完成公司安排的其他工作；

技能要求：

1、熟悉工程量清单计价规范，熟悉招投标相关流程及工作，有施工现场工作经验，有一定施工配合经验等；

2、相关专业大专及以上学历，具有土木工程、房屋建筑、工程管理专业的教育背景；有5年以上工作经验者优先

3、熟练使用广联达、兴安等造价软件，会用AUTOCAD软件，了解相关施工规范等； 2.

4、熟悉市场上的土建、装修材料行情；

5、有合同法规管理知识，优秀的商务谈判和合同管理能力；

6、具有较强的责任心、沟通、协调和组织能力，有良好的合作意识；

7、具备良好的职业操守、维护公司利益。

8、有外资工业项目经验者、持国家注册执业资格者优先；
