Principal Accountabilities 主要职责：

1.         Work with technicians to evaluate, perform root cause failure analysis and identify corrective actions to increase reliability for automation equipments与技术员一起对自动化设备对行评估,和进行根源故障分析，确定改进方案来提高自动线的可靠性。

    

2.        Maintain automation equipment running daily. Fix the problem on line quickly to meet down time target and running production smoothly维护自动化设备的日常运行，快速解决在线设备问题以满足目标时间及生产的稳定运行.

    

3.        Spare part management配件管理.

    

4.        Coordinate technicians to strictly follow equipment maintenance schedule to keep automation line always in good condition.协调技术团队严格按照设备保养计划来进行自动线设备维护保养，确保自动线在好的状态. 

    

Job Requirement岗位要求：

1.        Technical secondary school or above degree, major in Automation, mechanical. Familiar with AutoCAD, solidworks or other 3D design software过程自动化，机械专业中专及以上学历.会使用机械绘图软件如AutoCAD和Solidworks或其他 3D软件。

    

2.        Be familiar with main brands for PLC and all kinds of automation control device. Ability to use software to develop control system, which is preferred  优先考虑熟悉主流品牌PLC及各种自控系统，能够使用监控软件进行系统开发的人选.

    

3.        Understand the principle and using for oversea/local brand pneumatic cylinder, valves, sensor了解进口/国产气缸、调节阀、感应器等工作原理及使用方法.

    

4.        Be familiar with low voltage electrical control system. 熟悉低压电气控制系统.
