• Delivery of assigned programs from Pre-<PS> to <FDJ>, and complete milestones deliverable before each gateway

• Deliver cost, weight and quality targets for EXT Lighting.

• Develop and delivery components and complete PDP timing for assigned programs.

• Work with purchasing, finance and cost estimators to delivery program financial targets.

• Work with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of designs and or parts that meet all targets and provide the best value to client.

• Support all build events to ensure part quality and delivery as well as address any issues.

• Ensure design and product meet quality objectives and SDS/Design rules, validate robustness and durability of EXT Lighting.

• Lead the component and system levels package, interface with environment commodities to resolve the issue

• Deliver all the craftsmanship deliverables before each gateway from Pre-<PS> to <FDJ>

• Benchmarking other products and best practices.

• Concept Design development & Detailed Design development.
  ? Responsible for delivery of EXT Lighting within Functional Targets.
  ? Responsible for delivery of EXT Lighting Weight within Target.
  ? Responsible for delivery of EXT Lighting DFA/DFM .
  ? EXT Lighting technical issues timely resolution.
  ? Liaison and negotiation with other module/function teams to defend Exterior requirements, especially Styling team.

  ? Styling feasibility checking and issue management.

  ? Quality Data, package DMU checking & GD&T.
  ? Styling feasibility checking and issue management.
  ? Chair Module meetings and other forums when requested.
  
  
  Skills required技能要求：

? At least 5 years experiences on EXT lighting， involve in at least 2 projects.
至少五年外饰灯具工作经验，深度参与2个以上的项目。

? Fluent Chinese and good English (written & speaking).
良好的中英文能力，尤其是良好的英文写作和交流能力。
? Good knowledge about Exterior lighting, capable for discussing and making solution for solving performance related issue base on input from CAE or test.
具备良好的外饰灯具知识，能够基于CAE结果或者实验结果制定性能相关的解决措施。
? Good CATIA V5 skills.

良好的CATIA V5使用能力。

Preferred优先考虑:
? Experience in multi-national working environment, especially experience of being in a multi-national program team. 
拥有在国际化团队中工作经验者优先，尤其是曾经参与过国际化项目团队者优先。
? Experience of being an OEM Exterior product engineer is a plus.
具备OEM外饰产品工程师经验者优先。
