1. Responsible for leasing and marketing of our properties

2. Manage and coordinate the leasing activities

3. Manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio

4.  Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports

5.  Review and maintain the tenants’ database

6.  Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works

7.  Require to station in the Mainland

要求

1. Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline

2. At least 6 years of relevant experience with major developers

3. Strong market sense with analytical thinking

4. Strong market sense with analytical thinkingvv

5. Strong market sense with analytical thinking

6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

7. Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills

8. Good  command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is  preferred
