Minimum requirement: 

• 3-5 years experiences in Object Oriented PHP/Java programming. 2 years of Project Management. PMP certified

Key Activities:

TMO is currently recruiting a project manager having very good communication skills who is fluent in English/Chinese and can communicate with its customers and his/her team.The right candidate should be able to ensure a successful project delivery to our customer within pre-agreed time frames while keeping a great team atmosphere.

IT Engineering / Developer Background

• You should have a background as a Developer / programmer who is not frightened to look into source code
• You should understand technical implications and project requirements of customer business requirements
• You should be able to provide rough time frame and propose implementation solutions to customers
• You should understand eCommerce Business logic translating into technical requirements

Project Management

• You need to be able to analyze and seperate a projects into project tasks, mile stones and project phases
• You should have experience with Agile Project Methodologies - stories - epics - sprints
• You should be able to make individual weekly plans for your team members 
• You should be able to manage a technical team of 8 -10 people
• You should manage Daily stand up meetings with the team

Customer Relationship

• You should deliver best quality product to our customers within pre-agreed time frame
• You will be the first-line of communication to the client 
• You should escalate and notify any irregularities to the client 
• You should not only be a Project executor but also consult & guide customers
• You are able to understand client wishes & requirements finding technical viable solutions or proposing alternative solutions while always ensuring the result in best interest of the Customer and TMO

Cross-function

• You will report in cross-function to our GM and Technical Director for internal training and project follow-up
• You report in a cross-funtional structure to our Project Director and Technical Director for internal training and project follow-up
• You will participate in frequent future meetings between project managers, the project director and business developers to share knowledge among project teams.
• You will facilitate meetings between the technical team in order to report technical issues and discuss future improvements of team skills.

Requirements

• > 2 years experience in Project Management
• 3-5 years experience in Object Oriented PHP/Java programming
• Have a PMP Certification
• Experience in managing people
• Experience in JavaScript,HTML/CSS,Ajax and optimizing MySQL a plus
• Dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken English is a requirement.Chinese is a plus.
• Knowledge on the China Digital Ecosystem

• 2年以上项目管理经验
