Job Summary:

1. Key User for all processes in the Purchase Department: you will be responsible for continuous improvements of the workflow and the top consultant for the Purchase Director when discussing about process changes

2. Sourcing, quotation, costing analysis, price negotiation and new supplier development for Power Tools

3. Coordination of product testing, factory audits, product delivery and quality complaints

4. Proactively use market intelligence during project development and provide sourcing feedback to the German headquarter regarding market conditions, competitors, product developments, etc.
5. Recommend new products to enlarge and complete our product range; visit product shows like the Canton fair and the Cologne fair
6. Regular supplier visits to find new cooperate opportunities and to solve problems of running product developments

Required Qualifications:

1. University degree in related field with strong technical and engineering understanding

2. Above 5 years working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing Function, and at least 2 years in the Power Tools or Garden Tools industry (preferable in an international company)

3. High affinity for IT systems & process management tools

4. Chinese native speaker

5. Good verbal and written capability in English
