PURPOSE OF JOB:
To effectively plan, organize, monitor, and lead the business activities of a Graebel (Shanghai) Relocation Service Co.; Ltd. in China through revenue growth, P&L accountability, adherence to Graebel policy, and managing office employees to success.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Meet or exceed planned top line revenue growth
2. Meet or exceed planned Net Promotor Score (NPS)
3. Ensure consistent execution of international and domestic relocation policies, standards, and practices
4. Ensure that the regional office has the right people in the right positions with continuing growth and development of the people for succession planning. Includes hiring, training and performance evaluation of staff.
5. Identify potential new clients or vendors.
7. Perform other essential duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or other course of study relating to business management.
Experience: Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible business experience preferably related to the moving & storage industry and/or international forwarding, of which two (2) or more years were in a significant management role over team of people.
Competencies: In-depth problem solving, decisive judgment, business acumen, international relocation industry acumen (preferred), driving for results, customer focus, integrity, managing others, coaching and developing others, organizationally savvy, interpersonal communication.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office products including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to learn new computer programs.
