Job description
1. Deal with daily payment & open a new bank account
2. VAT invoice issues ( both issuing VAT invoice and VAT input verification.)
3. Revenue recognition and input them into the accounting system
4. Input the bank receipt and payment vouchers into accounting system.
5. Input the shipment and bank receipt information into excel sheet and prepare statistic report if necessary
6. Complete Finance Dept. other docs issue for auditing etc..
7. Review transactions in the accounting system and ensure the accuracy of all the sub accounts
8. Help Finance manager to do month end closing
9. Help Finance Mgr to deal internal monthly report
10. B.A with major in Finance and Accounting, economic field
11. 3 years above related working experience with MNC & trading Ltd is a plus
12. Working in professional Finance firm is a nice to have condition.
13. Good English skills
14. Can be work under pressure and accept over time work
