Responsibilities:
All responsibilities connected
to being Finance Manager for example, but not limited to:
- Responsible
for correct and legal handling of all company money, company cash flow and
regular reporting about finances to management team. - Responsible
for appointing and supporting accounting firm to do a correct job
according to PRC laws and regulations and best practices for CONCHIUS. - Responsible
for paying correct taxes and government fees and other fees on all
salaries, company payments and company incomes. - Responsible
for approving, documenting, designing and implementing processes and
procedures according to PRC laws and regulations as well as according to
industry best practices.
All responsibilities connected to being a HR Manager for example, but
not limited to:
- Correct
employee HR documentation and keep CONCHIUS HR Manual up to date according
to PRC laws and regulations as well as CONCHIUS rules and regulations as
well as industry best practices. - Ensure
all employees have correct work permits, visas and other documents according
to PRC laws and regulations. - Responsible
for approving, documenting, designing and implementing CONCHIUS
recruitment process as well as processes for: employees' entry/exit, work
time, leaves, payments, benefits and other HR related processes according
to industry best practices. - Responsible
to keep every employee labor contract up to date and correctly translated
in both English and Chinese for all employees. - Enforce
CONCHIUS rules and regulations on all levels on your own and together with
employee's direct manager.
All responsibilities connected to being an Office Manager for example, but
not limited to:
1. Timely
and correctly prepare for trainers and consultants deliveries to clients.
- Responsible
for all purchasing, contracts and negotiations with CONCHIUS suppliers. - Responsible
for negotiating and preparing suitable and beneficial rental contract for
CONCHIUS in accordance with company's strategic growth plans. - Responsible
for keeping office functioning, in order and well organized. - Responsible
for training, supporting and successfully managing the careers of all
staff within the Internal Services team. - Responsible
for safely managing, filing and storing company secret documents. Organize
and structure company files and documents in the office and on file server. - Responsible
for documenting, designing and implementing administrative processes and
procedures according to PRC laws and regulations as well as according to
industry best practices.
Tasks and Duties

Build new and develop present key
accounts and customers.
·
Conduct needs analysis and
pre-delivery interviews with clients before solutions are sold or delivered.
·
Provide feedback and recommendations
after solution deliveries to Account Owners for further business development.
·
Write and formulate attractive proposals
and contracts to clients.
·
Negotiate and win business with
customers.
·
Manage own and supporting employees' time
efficiently.
·
Coach and support the individuals in CONCHIUS
Team towards success.
·
Design new and develop present
programs and solutions to fit CONCHIUS clients and the Chinese market.
·
Make sure all CONCHIUS programs and
services are up to date, maintained and kept secure.
·
Set up effective assessment, follow-up
processes and monitoring systems to assure maximum performance of CONCHIUS
Solutions.
·
Maintain and build templates,
check-lists and processes for efficient work in your department and CONCHIUS.
·
Maintain files and structure on the
File Server, such as document revisions shall be correct, documents easy to
find. Suggest storage structure improvements.
·
Train and supervise staff within the
Internal services team to successfully complete all assigned tasks and duties.
·
Supervise and perform translation work
- English to Chinese and Chinese to English.
·
Monitor, issue new and follow up on invoices
and payments from clients.
Performance measurements:
·
All labor law regulations followed
accordingly for all employees.
·
Monthly accounting preparations approved
by accounting company.
·
Yearly company finance audit passed.
·
Training materials and venues
successfully prepared on time.
·
Documented profit and savings made for
CONCHIUS.
·
Salary calculated and paid correctly
and on time.
·
CONCHIUS internal projects
successfully delivered
·
Personal KPI's according to individual
goals
