职位描述
Responsibility
– 参与公司项目需求调研，能够对需求进行快速分析整理分类，并进行概念设计；
– 协同开发人员进行信息整理，架构设计以及功能模块的设计；
– 快速搭建原型，并能够根据可用性测试对原型进行快速迭代设计；
– 协同视觉设计师完成用户界面的设计；
– 编写UI Spec；
– 负责功能界面实现评估及可用性测试；
– 参与工作流程的完善和优化工作。

Qualification
– 诚实、正直，有责任感；
– 全日制大学相关专业本科及以上学历；
– 热爱用户体验行业，对交互设计有执著的追求及长远的职业规划；
– 敏捷的思维，对事物拥有良好的分析和果断判断能力；
– 优秀的沟通和表达能力，优秀的文案能力；
– 熟悉网站以及应用软件开发流程；
– 掌握主流原型设计软件以及基本的绘图能力；
– 熟练掌握可用性评估方法；
– 熟悉各种互联网产品形态者优先；
– 熟悉各种企业应用软件形态者优先；
– 具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力、团队精神和适应力；
– 良好的英语听说读写能力。
