Job Responsibilities

1. Perform general work at the reception desk

2. Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing mails, dispatches,and other related correspondence on a daily basis

3. Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards

4. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Prefer Y2012's graduates(大四学生优先)
2. 3-5 working days per week
3. Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
4. Patient and detailed is preferred
5. Excellent communication skills and team working
