工作内容：
搜寻并开发新供应商—建筑材料，装饰材料，室内装修水电五金，酒店软装饰；
编写项目采购进度计划，配合工程进度提前按时按需安排好供货周期；
验厂，验货，编写验厂验货报告，图文并茂；
编写采购招标文件，编写投标者对比分析表，做出客观结论以供采购经理决策；
掌握工厂出货品质与生产计划，确保准时按质按量出货；
协调处理公司生产车间与供应商之间物流配送，较好地处理突发质量事件；
与仓库协调定期做好常规备货计划
与船公司协调货物出口事宜，与供应商交接出口及报关等相关文件；
负责内部新产品介绍﹑说明。

岗位要求：
本科以上学历，英文听、说、读、写优秀；
五年以上外贸公司-建筑工程，装饰材料设备，酒店用品采购任职经验；
具有同行业大型外贸公司Sourcing工作经验优先；
熟练操作Word、Excel、Power Point等常用办公软件；
能简单运用AutoCAD；
积极勤奋，表达能力强；
能在压力下工作；
能同时处理多个采购任务，并不手忙脚乱，须组织有序；
能配合适当出差。
Job Description： Procurement for Building, construction, hotel, interior fit-out; Supply Chain developing and maintenance; Goods Export;
1.Identifying new factories for the range of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, HOTEL DECOARITON,FITTING-OUT products
2.Communication with customer through face to face meeting, E-mail, phone conference
3.Working with suppliers on specification and quotation
4.Frequent factory visit and report writing
5.Factory evaluation and recommendation
6.Keep (and file)with all necessary information on the samples , include the factory information /original quotation and any terms related
7.Get advance sample before shipment, make sure that products meet the order requirement

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above;
Familiar with Window Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Project)
Good at AutoCAD
More than 3 years purchasing experience (product /factory sourcing) in BUILDING,CONSTRUCTION, HOTEL or related industry
Good communication skill on both speaking and writing in both English and Chinese
Commitment and dedicate into job
Willing to frequent travel all over China
Hard working and willing to learn under high working pressure
Team player, mature, energetic, well-organized, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and participate in challenging projects
Project management skill strong sourcing sense are required
