Responsibilities：

Make strategy and planning for chemical distribution in China in line with REDA group global vision and strategy

Identify trading opportunities and create product portfolio for commodities and specialty chemicals focused firstly in a specific industry

Establish domestic distribution team for chemicals

Market development and customer relation management

Leading the sales team to achieve sales goals

Control payment credit and payment receivable

工作职责：

根据REDA全球远景和战略制定中国化学品经销的策略和计划

在某特定的化工领域寻找一般化工品和特种化工品的贸易机会，建立REDA中国的经销产品体系

组建化学品国内销售团队

市场开发和客户关系管理

管理销售团队，达成销售目标

控制客户信用风险和应收账款

Requirements and/or advantages：

Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry or related fields

4+ years solid working experience in chemical distribution in China, 1+years experience leading a team

Capable of establishing a sales team, working independently, aggressive in market development

Entrepreneurship is highly appreciated

Team spirit, good communication skills

No problem with business trip

Proficient English, familiar with Windows Office software

职位要求：

本科以上，化工相关专业

四年以上化学品国内分销经验，一年以上销售团队管理经验，

能组建销售团队，开拓市场

创业精神尤佳

具备团队合作精神，善于人际沟通

可以经常出差

英文良好，熟悉Windows Office常用软件
