职位描述
工作职责：
1. 公司商业项目前端工作, 重点项目的设计方案支持与评审，难点公关，代码审查；
2. 根据开发需求，分析并给出最优的前端架构；
3. 协助项目经理进行需求沟通及团队内部的管理；
4. Web标准化、新技术的研究；
5. 与用户体验（设计）团队沟通交互、视觉设计的相关问题；
6. 与后台工程师制定技术实现方案、服务接口等。
职位要求
1. 大专以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 对前端开发技术有足够的兴趣，对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有深刻的认识和实践经验；
3. 对服务端开发(Java/.NET/PHP/Python/Ruby）熟悉并具有linux等相关平台下开发经验者优先；
4. 精通XHTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript等前端技术，具有3年以上JavaScript 编程经验；
5. 精通至少一种JS框架（如 jQuery/YUI/Mootools/PrototypeJS等）， 具备JS 应用的设计能力；
6. 掌握至少一门动态脚本开发语言（如PHP/Python/Perl/Ruby/JSP/ASP.NET等）；
7. JS移动开发框架（如jQueryMobile/PhoneGap) 优先；
8. 具有大型网站工作经验优先；
9. 工作认真负责，良好的沟通学习能力，逻辑思维能力和团队合作能力；
10. 熟练的英文听说读写能力。
