Job Description – Cashier & Administrative Officer

1.Daily fundamental financial operation;

日常的财务操作；

2.In charge of account receivable and payable;

负责应收和应付；

3.Communicate with related Government departments and accounting firm;

和相关政府部门及会计事务所的联络；

4.Office documents and system management ;

办公室文件和事务的管理；

5.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

其他上级主管分派的任务。

Requirements

1.Graduate from college or above ;

大专及以上学历；

2.Work in patience , high efficiency & independence ; high ability to solving problems

耐心细致，能独立工作并解决问题；

3.Good communication skill ,organization skill & team work spirits

良好的沟通能力，组织协调能力和团队精神；

4.Hands-on experience in similar field with mandatory qualification certificate ;

有类似的小型公司的工作经验，持有上岗证；

5.Good English skill including reading, writing , & speaking ;

具有一定的英文读写能力；

6.Good computer skill , has EPR experience will be an advantage

有良好的电脑操作技能，有系统使用经验者优先考虑。
