Responsibilities岗位职责

• Complete all tasks assigned by Category Manager in time that covers supplier identification, factory evaluation, sample confirmation and terms negotiation.按时完成由采购经理布置的采购任务，任务包含供应商确认、工厂评估、样品确认和商业谈判。
• Work with designers and buyers to accomplish the artworks.
  与设计师和买手合作，完成产品包装设计。
• Assist the sales team if necessary
  必要时协助销售团队
• Support logistic team when required to ensure on-time delivery
  需要时协助物流部，确保产品按时交货
• Co-ordinate inspection prior to the shipment.
• 协调产品出货检验。
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirement岗位要求

• Be familiar with hard-line products for home improvement industry, experience in power tool and accessory is preferred.
• 4+ years sourcing experience, retail industry is preferred.
• Good negotiation skills on business and communication skill. Excellent problem solving, customer service mind-set.
• Aggressive, self motivate and can work under pressure.
• Fluent English both in oral and written.
• College degree or above, major in international trading is preferred.
• Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Travel Requirements: 20% throughout country
