招聘职位：IP流媒体（Video Decoding Over IP and Display）解决方案产品销售工程师

职责说明：
1、分析客户需求，保持老客户的良好关系，提高老客户的满意度，寻求新项目合作机会；
2、进行市场调研，收集客户信息，积极开发新的合作客户；
3、收集工程信息并进行筛选，为公司提供精确的市场信息，对重要工程进行报备；
4、提供售前的技术支持，组织编写符合市场需要、满足客户需求的解决分析方案；
5、协助客户积极参与工程项目的招投标工作，提高项目的中标率；
6、对销售款项和工程进度款项及时收回，对延期帐款采取有效措施，积极催收应收帐款；
7、了解客户信誉程度和资信状况，防止呆坏帐的发生；
8、熟悉了解和掌握公司的内部业务流程，为公司的业务主管、采购、商管、物流、工程等 部门及时提供详尽的业务信息；
9、及时向部门主管反映客户投诉，并完善处理。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：大专以上；
2、专业要求：电子、通信、计算机、音视频技术等理工科相关专业；
3、经验：具有两年以上多媒体产品线的渠道或有关产品销售经验优先；

4、理想及心态：有抱负和公司一起成长。有团队精神，做事主动不斤斤计较；

5、优先考虑：具备相关系统集成商客户资源；
6、出差：视乎需要；

7、年龄：24岁以上。
