主要工作:

- 协调澳洲和美国的项目任务并获取反馈，提出并落实改进方案;
- 上述工作包括但不限于项目的解决方案，C#/.NET程序代码的重写和修改等;
- 协助本公司全球团队成员项目任务的分配和安排;
- 完善TFS平台 7x24小时 正常运行，保证中国、澳洲、美国、英国等地的程序开发人员能正常访问和工作;
- 在中国程序开发人员提交项目程序代码给澳洲、美国和英国前，独立审核相关C#/.NET程序代码;
- 建立健全一套完善的内部程序开发管理机制，保证全球开发团队成员能够和谐高效地协作开发工作.

任职资格:

- 计算机技术/计算机工程等专业本科以上学历
- 近期有连续 5+ 年 C#/.NET 代码编写和开发工作经验
- 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，英语口头沟通能力较强
- 拥有SharePoint实际工作经验的，优先考虑
- 组织纪律性强，质量时间观念性强
- 有良好的工作日程安排习惯并严格贯彻落实
- 拥有微软 MCITP/MCTS 证书
- 上述证书与SharePoint开发证书相关的，优先考虑
- 结果导向

Job tasks:

- Obtain feedback from our developers in Australia and US so we are looping back where we can improve process;
- This will include a survey and direct feedback for each piece of code provided or any development;
- Help manage workloads and priorities with the global team;
- Implement a single source code platform so that Shanghai, US and Australia can access it 24/7;
- Review independently all code before it is shipped to Aus / UK / US; and
- Build a framework so that we continually improve the development process - have an agreed development code minimums (ie have express agreement if we need to hardcode items and/or internal references).

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of full-time coding work recently
- Good English communication capabilities, excellent oral/written English skills
- Strong background in .NET C#, other language ability is an advantage
- SharePoint development experience is a great advantage
- High organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline
- Ability and will to influence - setting an agenda and striving to reach it
- Certificate of MCITP/MCTS is a plus
- Results orientation
- Customer orientation
