职位描述
Position Summary:
Support Account Manager and customer requirements. Including handle forecast, shipment, payment and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
1.Get forecast from customers and update Business Unit
Keep track of customer demand change to know more about dynamic trnds of customer demand in the future.
2.Follow up PO schedule confirmation and change
Regarding customer orders change, need to communicate with customer immediately to adjust the production line.
3.Follow up customer payment schedule to ensure no overdue A/R
Once customer fail to remit payment even though Finance have sent out payment reminders, inform A/M immediately and exert presure on customer to ensure customer to pay asap.
4.Inventory Control
Regular MOQ isue, need submit the related problems to BDM and A/M and collect related information for reference.
5.Support Account Manager
Customer complaints, quality issue, delay shipment etc... need to coordinate timely solutions for the concerned departments.
special skills required:
1.2 years working experience in customer service.
2.Good command of spoken and written English.
3.Good communication skill
4.Good computer skill e.g. MS Office
