职位描述
- Analyse China market to understand market size of Materion' products
- Analyse competitive intelligence and market share in Materion' targeted market in China.
- Understand China market trend and support sales strategy for Optical products;
- Work together with MarCom Team, Business Development and Product Management Team to identify and arrange promotion events
- Base on sales strategy and analysis of the market, make sales budget for China Market
- Identify and approach potential customers, find business opportunities, introduce Materion, its products and service to the targeted customers and get RFQ.
- Understand and transfer the customer's needs and requirement to internal organization, follow up till quotation is made or decision of not continue the business is made.
- Negotiate with the customer to offer the best price and conditions.
- Follow up till the customer issues PO
- Get PO from the customer, verify the information in the PO and then transfer the PO to Operations
- Visit customers and learn the customers' needs, strategy, next project, and etc.
- Collaborate with Sales personnel in other counties on customers with businesses with global presence
- Provide support to the customers in terms of Quality issue, technical issues and so on.
- Understand customer's expectation and likewise, convey Materion' expectation to them.
- Maintain and increase business share at customers side
- Provide training to other colleagues and customer service personnel when call upon.
- Any other tasks assign by immediate superior.
- University degree or above, optical engineering background
- 3-5 years industry consuming products sales experience with proven track record or optical engineer experience
- Optical Industry experience is preferred
- Experience with managing multi-disciplinary team is preferred
- Fluent in English & Chinese both in written and spoken
- Min.3 years experience in a multinational companies
- Entrepreneur profile (hunter profile self motivated and sales focus)
- Hands on with Strategic thinking
- Stable employment track record
- Aggressive and enjoy challenge.
- A team player, good communication skill
- Organized/methodical
- Presentstaion Skill required
