销售总监职位描述：
1. 负责全国市场的销售工作，参与制订公司营销战略，根据营销战略制订公司销售计划并实施；
2. 规划组建全国销售团队，定期对市场环境和目标、推广计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整销售策略，确保完成销售计划和销售目标；

3. 分解下达年度的销售指标和营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；
4. 负责下属业务绩效考评、销售培训等工作；
5. 抓好客户管理工作，直接参与重要客户的业务谈判及关系维护；
6. 领导策划各种公关及市场推广活动，打造公司品牌，提高销售影响力；
7. 定期召开营销会议，反馈市场信息，组织解决市场中的各种问题；
8. 实时向上级主管汇报市场销售状况，分析市场趋势、竞争对手情况及客户反馈信息，提出市场解决方案及销售对策。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，具备市场营销相关专业知识；
2. 具备5年以上医药或检测行业销售工作经验，至少3年以上医药或检测行业营销高级管理工作经验；
3. 拥有全国市场销售管理经验，全国性医药企业同等职位3年以上经历者优先；
4. 熟悉国内医药或检测行业市场，了解相关的政策与法规；
5. 具备优秀的市场拓展、统筹管理和领导能力；
6. 具备出色的沟通协调、谈判能力。
