JD:

1. Solid line: report to HR & Admin Manager; Dot line: report to GM
2. ***To handle the relationship with employee, to help the company avoid any violation to the Law of Labor
3. **To do the budget of people cost, and to design the benefit of employee
4. *To lead the performance management
5. *To lead two HR specialists to handle the daily work.
