职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Monitor PRPC cases, proactively communicate & follow up with customer for pending cases
? Daily compliance first check on customers' outgoing /incoming remittance
? Provide professional guidance to customer enquiries on Cash payment
? To assist/participate in any other operational related activities as deemed necessary E.g. User Acceptance Testing
? Strictly abide by the principles of SAFE's regulations, complete declaration tasks in accordance with bank's internal policies & procedures
? Perform local reporting according to local regulation requirements and internal control on operation procedures
? Others assigned by department
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree with 1-2 years relevant operation processing experience and basic banking product knowledge
? Able to work independently as well as in team, good communication and interpersonal skills
? Be familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulations on foreign exchange business
? Be familiar with bank Cash management products
? High responsible, able to work under pressure
? Able to multi-task and meet strict cut-off time
? Team coordinator, good personality, willing to work under pressure
