Position Summary:
This job contributes to assist distribution manager to manage the implementation and day to day operations of distribution network, processes, projects and systems across South China in order to support business rapid expansion and development, and meet the target of service level and cost saving. Facilitates development of processes and systems that are cost-effective and that accommodates growth and generates value for CTC business. Models and acts in accordance with government and company principles.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

-Distribution Implementation
? Implements processes and practices to ensure that south China distribution programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives, including distribution for Hazard Chemicals, Cold Chain, High-Value Equipment, Healthcare, Frangible goods

? Implements and improve south China distribution KPI measurement system to achieve CTC service level, managing implementation of KPI measurement with 3PLs and distribution partners.

? Inspect operation procedure for safe operation as well as safety measure that put in place in order to avoid the happening of accidents and incidents.

? Monthly spending review to meet finance requirement

? Refine/design the necessary internal process to keep data accuracy and enhance efficiency
?

- Vendor management

? Regularly review the performance and service level with 3PL distribution providers to accelerate vendor customizing process in accordance with business expansion demands

? Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results.

? Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

? Regularly provides coaching, direction and leadership support to vendor in order to achieve business and customer results.

Educational Qualifications:
l Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics preferred

Experience Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic transportation/distribution
· Retail or FMCG or E-commerce working experience 3-5 years is preferred
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Both service and cost oriented individual
· Capability of multi-task undertaking
· Good English and Mandarin in both written and oral
· Familiar with SAP is must
· Advanced levels of Excel, strong user of such programs as Outlook and other office based programs.
· Attention to detail
· Team spirit
