一、任职要求：
1.大专及以上英语或文秘专业；
2.仪表端正、大方，声音甜美；
3.良好的沟通能力和服务态度，并具备一定的解决问题的能力；
4.具备一定英语基础，能进行简单的日常对话。

二、工作描述：
前台接待及其他辅助行政工作，如电话接听、快递及信件管理、样品室及文具管理等。

三、主要职责：
1.保证公司电话业务的通畅，接听电话热情大方，并使用礼貌用语；
2.样品室随时更新及样品整理；
3.及时、妥善处理快递的收发业务；
4.保持公司前台区域，并妥善接待来访人员;
5.文具及各项庶务妥善安排；
6.主管安排的其他工作。

Long King was founded in 1975 in Taipei. Within 45 years, the company grew from a small-scale printing company into a leading professional colour printing manufacturer. In 1989, Long King established its printing design research center to conduct research and development into self-branding, printing and manufacturing processes.
