生产经理 / Production Manager

职位概要 Position Summary:

组织实施公司下达的生产经营计划，保质保量地完成生产任务，确保安全文明生产。

To organize the implementation of the company's production and operation plan, complete production tasks guarantee both quality and quantity, and ensure safety production

工作内容 Job Description:

1.督导工厂各部门的日常生产活动，定期召开有关会议，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保生产线正常运转；

Steering plant department's day-to-day production activities, hold meetings on a regular basis to identify problems, analyse the causes and take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the production line

2.协助总经理编制公司中长期发展规划，审定年度生产、销售综合计划，提出季度工厂奋斗目标和中心工作及重大措施方案；

Assist general manager to prepare the company long-term development planning, approved annual production and sales plan, put forward the quarterly goal and major measure proposal;

3.根据公司发展需要，协助公司领导开发项目工程、研制产品，督促工厂各部门制定近期、中期、远期研制和开发计划并确保实施和实现；

According to company development needs, to assist the company leadership developing projects, research products, urging each department formulate research and development plan in the near future, intermediate stage and forward, and to ensure implementation and realization;

4.加强管理，确保工厂各部门和各类人员职责、权限规范化，建立质量管理体系；

Strengthen management; ensure responsibilities and authorities’ standardization and set up quality management system;

5.贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，积极减少厂区的各种成本，确保在提高产量、保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本；

Carry out, implement company's cost control target, and actively to reduce the costs, ensure increase production and continuously reduce production cost under the premise of quality assurance;

6.组织下属的职业发展和培训工作，提出培训需求，确保他们不断适应岗位的需要；

Organize subordinate career development and training work, and puts forward the training needs and ensure that they constantly adapt to the needs of the post

7.贯彻执行公司的安全管理规章制度，确保厂区无安全事故发生；

Implement company's safety management rules and regulations, to ensure that the factory no accident happened;

8.切实做好环境保护和劳动保护工作，不断改善劳动条件。

To do environmental protection and labor protection work, and constantly improve working conditions.

任职资格 Job Qualification :

1.教育背景Education Background

企业管理、理工类或相关专业本科以上学历。

Enterprise management science &engineering, or related bachelor degree or above.

2.培训经历Training Experience :

受过企业管理、生产管理、管理能力开发、市场营销、财务管理等方面的培训。

Have received enterprise management, production management, management capacity development, marketing, financial management training

3.经验Working Experience:

5年以上制造企业管理工作经验。

Above 5 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise management.

4.技能技巧Skills:

具有通权达变的业务判断能力、出色的分析能力和极强的业务管理能力；

Has the business judgment ability, excellent analysis ability and strong business management ability

5.熟悉国家的法律法规和地方的政策规章；

Familiar with national laws and regulations and local policies;

6.掌握行业和市场的发展动态，了解主要竞争对手的状况；

Well know industry and the development of the market trends, understand the main competition situation

7.熟练操作办公软件。

Be familiar with office software
