采购工程师 /Sourcing Engineer

职位概要Position Summary:

完成采购招投标工作，搜集采购物资有关信息，为上级采购决策提供依据。

To provide the basic information for manager with purchasing bid requirement and other raw material

工作内容Job Description:

1.主持采购招投标，为开发项目采购重要物资；

Preside purchasing bid project meeting to organize the important raw material information.

2.按照组织的要求，规范、考察、管理供应商；

Standard, audit, management the supplier as company request

3.实时掌控市场价格、技术信息，不断为公司推荐新产品、新技术；

Suggest new product and new technology constantly based on control market price and technology information on time

4.收集已使用产品的性能和质量信息，以图改进；

Collect performance and quality information for product improvement

5.协助供应链经理进行日常行政管理工作,汇编采购统计资料,撰写采购报告。

Assist supply chain manager for the daily administrative work, assembly procurement statistics, write purchasing report.

任职资格Job Qualification:

1.教育背景Educational Background:

材料或相关专业本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above with major in raw material or equivalent

2.培训经历Training Experience:

受过生产作业管理、项目管理、招投标等方面的培训。

Well understand production working instruction, project management and bid, etc.

3.经验Working Experience:

3年以上物资采购工作经验。

At least three years purchasing working experience

4.技能技巧Skills:

a) 熟悉物资采购招投标程序；

Familiar with material procurement bidding procedure

b) 熟悉企业产品所需设备材料，具备评价分析的专业知识和能力

Familiar with enterprise products required equipment and materials, with professional analysis and evaluation knowledge and ability

c) 熟练操作办公软件

Be familiar with office software

d) 英语水平良好。

Good command of English
