Responsibilities职责:
1.根据中心班表安排，为在读学员订课；
2.处理客服投诉建议，提高客户满意度；
3.为学生提供和安排各项中心的服务；
4.维持中心秩序,协助教师部开展教学工作；
5.配合行政、出纳以及销售的工作；
6.定期进行客户回访等。


Requirements要求:
1.形象气质佳，良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力 ；
2.拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识 ；
3.大专及以上学历，二年以上工作经验；
4.熟练的英语听说读写
5.曾有客户服务的相关经验优先
6.开朗外向
7.有酒店工作经验尤佳
8.可以使用办公软件，有出纳相关经验尤佳
