Entrepreneurial mindset, i.e. willing to work on a highly merrit-based compensation system
Minimum 5 years of sales related experience
Experience (minimum 2 years) in selling training / coaching related services
Broad network with HR Managers/Directors and/or Sales Managers/Directors and/or Senior Executives (C-Level)
Outgoing, optimistic, dedicated and caring
Good communicator in English and Mandarin is a must
