Job description:
- Works with headquarters Marketing team to ensure artwork requirements, structure material specs and project priorities are well-communicated to suppliers.
- Create / Optimize PKG structural drawings to maximize quality based on available materials that can be sourced in different regions.
- Coordinate specs, graphic design / labeling and approvals for projects, understand the importance of "Speed-to-Market" without sacrificing the quality of package.
- Support productivity projects by reviewing material specs, design configuration in both USA and China.
- Work closely with Quality Team to ensure packaging requirements are spec'ed and inspected properly.
Requirement:
- University graduated, majored in packaging design, commercial design or related,
- Min. 5 years solid work experiences in packaging structure / graphic design.
- Strong English oral and written communication ability.
- Good project management, communication & problem solving skills.
- Proactiveness & customer focus.
Prefer:
1. Have new product launch and packaging material specification experience.
